Results: Using the molecular network analysis method (MN), a total of 145 compounds identified, where 13 was identified using reference compounds. The results of identification of the markers of the chemicals are also verified by the analysis of orthogonal partial partial discriminant (OPLS-DA). Quantitative results indicate that the contents of 12 important components are all decreased, especially the diagester of alkaloid (ddas), after processing.
